Congratulations to Dave Shack, a Triabetes Captain from 2008 for his recent article in the NYTimes.
The thing that I love about this team is it isn’t just about inspiration (which Dave has in spades). It is about moving beyond inspiration towards educating and helping the larger community do things they never thought possible. Dave is the beneficiary and the embodiment of that spirit. Keep an eye out for the team in 2009; I have high hopes and expectations!
